Workshops

literasian2015

LiterAsian is a festival of Pacific Rim Canadian Writing. After forty years of developing, nurturing and promoting Asian Canadian writers and readers, our publisher, the Asian Canadian Writer’s Workshop Society has not yet had a chance to celebrate our successes and with a new generation of writers and readers. We think it’s about time.

Asian Canadian Writer’s Workshop Society and Ricepaper magazine is excited to bring Asian Canadian writers and readers from across Canada for this 4-day festival, running in the last weekend of September 2016.

literAsian will celebrate and explore Asian Canadian writing’s past, present, and future. Events will include panel discussions, workshops, readings and a celebration banquet.  This year’s theme is memoirs and history.
